Pricing & Subscriptions
Tradomate offers four plans designed to support the full trading workflow — from idea generation to analysis, validation, and monitoring.
Users can start with the Basic plan and upgrade to Pulse, Edge, or Alpha based on their requirements. Each plan increases feature access, depth of tools, and usage limits.

Upgrading Your Plan
Section titled “Upgrading Your Plan”Users can upgrade at any time from the Pricing page, Account page, or through upgrade prompts within the platform. Upgrades take effect immediately — new limits and features are applied instantly.
Downgrading Your Plan
Section titled “Downgrading Your Plan”Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Users can continue using their current plan until the cycle ends.
Plan Expiry
Section titled “Plan Expiry”If a subscription expires, the account automatically moves to the Basic plan. All existing data remains accessible, but new actions are restricted based on Basic plan limits.
Feature Limits
Section titled “Feature Limits”Each plan includes limits on screens, backtests, alerts, watchlists, and insights. When a user reaches a limit, they will see an upgrade prompt and cannot continue that action unless they upgrade.
Payments
Section titled “Payments”Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Supported methods include:
- UPI
- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Net banking
Billing and Renewal
Section titled “Billing and Renewal”All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.
Payment Failures
Section titled “Payment Failures”If a payment fails, the subscription is downgraded to the Basic plan and premium features are no longer accessible.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Users can contact [email protected] for requests.
Switching Plans
Section titled “Switching Plans”- Users can upgrade from monthly to annual plans at any time with immediate effect.
- Switching from annual to monthly is only possible after the current plan ends.
Discounts
Section titled “Discounts”Discounts may be offered during special events or seasonal campaigns.
Multi-Device Access
Section titled “Multi-Device Access”Subscriptions work across multiple devices as long as the user is logged into the same account.
Cancellation
Section titled “Cancellation”Users can cancel their subscription at any time from account settings. The plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
