Zenith Export Ltd (ZEL), originally established as Zenith Enterprise in 1969, is a prominent player in the leather goods and textile fabrics industry. Incorporated in 1981, ZEL operates two manufacturing units: Zenith Textiles in Nanjangud, Mysore, and Zenith Spinners in Dholka, Ahmedabad. Initially focused on industrial leather gloves and silk fabrics, the company expanded its product range to include fashion and home furnishing textiles.
ZEL went public in 1995 to finance a 100% Export Oriented Unit for natural silk fabric and to diversify into spinning. Over the years, ZEL has enhanced its manufacturing capabilities with the addition of embroidery and velvet looms, responding to growing market demands. In 2019, the company began trading cotton through Zenith Spinners. With a robust manufacturing infrastructure supporting both handcrafted and automated processes, ZEL caters to diverse lifestyle preferences with its extensive textile offerings.
