The company is gearing up for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) as per its Draft Prospectus filed with SEBI. It plans to issue 64,20,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, comprising a fresh issue of 52,80,000 shares and an offer for sale of 11,40,000 shares. This IPO positions Zelio E-Mobility as a potential investment opportunity in India's rapidly growing EV market, driven by increased environmental awareness and a shift to cleaner energy.
