Xtranet Technologies Limited was incorporated on January 29, 2002 as Xtranet Technologies Private Limited and converted into a public limited company on July 2, 2025, when it was renamed Xtranet Technologies Limited. The company operates in IT-enabled services (ITeS), including software development and data management, issuance of digital signatures, and BPO/KPO services.
The business began with system integration services such as implementation of data networks, IT security, Smart City IT infrastructure, and deployment of Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Network Operations Centre (NOC) solutions. It expanded into application development in 2008, added data centre services in 2012, and launched an enterprise resource planning (ERP) offering in 2014, broadening its IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions portfolio.
In 2021, the company launched its proprietary digital transformation platform, “Synergy.” In 2022, it introduced business intelligence and analytics solutions through its group company (later made a subsidiary), XtraSynergy Solutions Private Limited. In FY2025, it further enhanced its proprietary platform suite with launches including X-ERP, a self-service kiosk with smart lockers, an AI-enabled electronic document management system, the Xtra-Support ITSM tool, and the X-Sign PKI software platform for servers.
The company is planning an initial public offer via a fresh issue of equity shares (face value Rs 10), aiming to raise Rs 1,900 Cr.
