Williamson Magor & Company Limited, established in 1949 as Macneill & Barry Limited, is a prominent investment and group shareholding entity with a historical foundation in tea manufacturing, dating back to 1868. Originally a multi-divisional company with interests in tea, jute, engineering, and reprographic items, it underwent significant restructuring over time. By the 1990s, the company focused on hiving off its diverse divisions to establish itself as a pure investment firm, spinning off its engineering and tea operations into separate group companies.
