Vishal Nirmiti Limited is a civil engineering, manufacturing and construction company incorporated in 1994. It was initially established as Sejal Farms Private Limited and underwent several name changes before becoming Vishal Nirmiti Limited following its conversion into a public limited company in September 2025. The company operates through two segments: Manufacturing and Services.
Its manufacturing business focuses on Pre-Stressed Concrete (PSC) sleepers for broad gauge, meter gauge and standard gauge railway lines. It also produces precast and prestressed concrete products, including noise barriers and cable ducts, and fabricates and erects Mild Steel (MS) pipes, MS liners and penstock pipes for Pumped Storage Projects. The company’s services include engineering, procurement, infrastructure and construction activities for railway, renewable power, irrigation and other civil infrastructure projects.
The company expanded into civil construction through a slum rehabilitation project involving 1,568 tenements in 2007 and began onsite manufacturing of large-diameter MS pipes using automated longitudinal submerged arc welding. It also commissioned a 600 kW wind turbine in Maharashtra, supplying electricity to Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited. In 2008, the amalgamation of CCI Prestress Ties Private Limited added a manufacturing facility in Lalkaun, Uttarakhand, supporting railway sleeper supplies to the North Eastern Railway region. In FY 2022–23, it commenced production of precast noise barriers and cable ducts at its Nadiad facility in Gujarat for a High Speed Rail Corridor.
The company plans to raise ₹1,250 crore through an initial public offering, comprising a fresh issue and an allotment of 1,500,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each.
