About Vishal Fabrics Ltd Vishal Fabrics Limited, part of the Chiripal Group, is a prominent player in the textile industry, focusing on the manufacturing and selling of various textile products, including dyed yarn, denim fabrics, and grey fabric processing. Established in 1985 but largely inactive until 1999, the company revitalized its operations by acquiring textile units on lease, enabling it to process fabrics. Located in Narol, Ahmedabad, its facility is equipped for extensive fabric processing, capable of handling cotton, polyester, viscose, and blended materials for diverse applications.
Listed on the BSE SME Platform following its IPO in 2014, Vishal Fabrics has significantly expanded its production capabilities. A key milestone was the 2016 launch of denim fabric manufacturing and a 6 MW Captive Power Plant. By 2018, the company scaled its dyeing and processing capacity to 105 MMTPA and denim processing to 80 MMTPA. In 2022, it further increased denim capacity to 90 MMTPA, underscoring its commitment to growth and innovation in textile processing.
