Vinod Texworld Limited (VTL) is a Gujarat-incorporated textile company originally formed on July 19, 2012 as Shree Shiv Shakti Cot-Fab Private Limited. In FY2016–17, Vinod Mangalchand Mittal, Harsh Vinod Mittal, and Yash Vinod Mittal acquired 100% of the shareholding. The company subsequently underwent multiple name changes—first to Vinod Fabtex Private Limited (March 8, 2018), then to Vinod Texworld Private Limited (May 25, 2018)—and was later converted into a public company, becoming Vinod Texworld Limited effective December 18, 2024.
VTL is engaged in manufacturing, processing, and supplying textile products in India, serving both domestic and international markets. Its core operations involve dyeing and printing greige fabric, which it then markets and sells. The company’s product mix includes cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics, primarily sold as dyed fabric and printed fabric.
Strategically, the company emphasizes innovation, customer orientation, research and development, technology upgradation, and continuous improvement, along with a stated focus on moving towards green energy.
