Originally incorporated as a private company, Vijaya Diagnostic Centre transitioned to a public limited company in March 2021. In the financial year 2020-21, the company made significant capital restructuring by splitting the face value of its equity shares and issuing bonus shares. Additionally, it raised Rs 1895.04 crore through a public issue in September 2021, listing its shares on the BSE and NSE.
