The company initially entered the capital market in 1996 and forged a marketing partnership with Hong Kong-based Tai Cheong Trading Co. for exporting its products. In 2016, it rebranded from Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Limited to its current name. Further growth was marked by acquiring Arjun Food Colorants Manufacturing Private Limited in 2019-20, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary, thus strengthening its market position and operational capacity.
