Veto Switchgears and Cables Limited, part of the Gurnani Group, is a leading Indian manufacturer and seller of electrical accessories, wires, and cables, with facilities in Haridwar and Mumbai. Originating in 2003, it transformed from a partnership firm to a publicly listed company by 2012. Veto was the first to produce ISI-marked electrical accessories in India and offers a diverse product range, including industrial cables, switches, fans, and LED lighting under the brands 'VETO', 'VIMAL POWER', and 'Vyoma'.
