About Ventive Hospitality Ltd **Ventive Hospitality Limited** Ventive Hospitality Limited, formerly ICC Realty (India) Private Limited, is a hospitality asset owner specializing in luxury offerings in the business and leisure segments across India and the Maldives. Originally established on February 12, 2002, as the hospitality division of Pune-based real estate conglomerate Panchshil Realty, the company transitioned into a public limited entity in August 2024. Its diversified business portfolio includes leasing commercial spaces, operating retail malls, managing commercial hotels, and operating windmills. The company’s luxury hospitality assets are globally renowned and include prominent properties such as JW Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton in Pune, Conrad and Anantara in the Maldives, and Raaya by Atmosphere in the Maldives. These assets are operated through partnerships with or franchises from global operators like Marriott, Hilton, Minor, and Atmosphere. The company further expanded its portfolio in 2024 by acquiring properties such as DoubleTree by Hilton, Marriott Aloft, and Courtyard by Marriott in Pune and Bengaluru, among others, alongside a new property in Sri Lanka under a non-binding MOU with Marriott. Notably, Ventive Hospitality has a well-supported ownership structure. Xander Investment Holding initially acquired 48.99% of its equity in 2010, and in 2017, Blackstone's affiliate, BRE Asia ICC Holdings Ltd, became a 50% shareholder. This backing highlights the company’s strong financial positioning and growth potential. Ventive Hospitality plans to raise up to ₹2000 crore through an initial public offering (IPO) via a fresh equity issue, signaling expansion ambitions. With its focus on luxury hospitality in premier locations, strong global partnerships, and a history of robust ownership support, the company presents a compelling opportunity for investors.
