Veegaland Developers Limited is a Kerala-based real estate developer focused on the construction, development, sales, management and operation of residential projects. The company develops projects across mid-premium, premium, ultrapremium, luxe-series and ultra-luxury segments, implemented in accordance with applicable RERA provisions, and operates under the brand name “Veegaland Homes.” Its projects are located in Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode and Thrissur.
The company was incorporated on August 10, 2007 as Vintes Solutions Private Limited, later renamed Vintes Developers Private Limited (October 22, 2010) and Veegaland Developers Private Limited (August 11, 2011). Following conversion to a public limited company, it became Veegaland Developers Limited, with a fresh certificate of incorporation issued on November 6, 2025.
Veegaland Developers is part of the broader V-Guard Group, founded in 1977 by promoter Kochouseph T. Chittilappilly. The group has diversified interests including consumer electricals (V-Guard Industries Limited), entertainment (Wonderla Holidays Limited), and fashion/apparel (V-Star Creations Private Limited), along with philanthropic and healthcare/wellness activities through the K Chittilappilly Foundation and Chittilappilly Square under the K. Chittilappilly Trust. As part of this diversification, Veegaland was incorporated in 2007 and entered real estate development in 2011.
Operations began in 2011 with the first building permit for “Green Clouds,” an ultra-luxury multi-storey apartment project in Kochi, after which the company expanded within Kochi and into other Kerala cities through residential apartment developments of varying scales and configurations. The company has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI and is planning an IPO comprising a fresh issue aggregating to Rs 250 crore.
