Varmora Granito Limited (formerly Varmora Granito Private Limited) was incorporated on November 18, 2003 in Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and converted to a public company as Varmora Granito Limited with a fresh certificate issued on May 14, 2025 by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad.
The company manufactures and markets a range of tiles focused on durability and aesthetics, including glazed vitrified tiles, polished vitrified tiles, and ceramic tiles. It sells through a multi-channel distribution network spanning business-to-consumer retail and business-to-business customers.
On the retail side, Varmora operates 286 exclusive brand outlets and sells through over 2,000 multi-brand outlets. Its B2B channel caters to builders, contractors, developers, and government empanelment, giving it access to institutional demand in addition to retail customers.
Varmora has expanded its product portfolio over time: vitrified tiles (2004), digitally printed wall tiles (2010), double charge tiles production (2012), sanitaryware (2014), high gloss and rocker (2017), and kitchen slabs (80x260) (2020). It set up two greenfield plants in Morbi in FY2024 and launched marble-like products across four surfaces in FY25. The company is planning to raise Rs 400 crore via an IPO through a fresh issue of 52,435,268 equity shares (face value Rs 2 each) via offer for sale.
