Valiant Laboratories Limited, originally established as M/s. Bharat Chemicals in 1980, transitioned into a public limited company in August 2021. Specializing in the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), the company focuses primarily on Paracetamol, a globally used analgesic recommended by the WHO for various pain conditions. The company's production facility in Tarapur Industrial Area, Maharashtra, boasts an annual capacity of 9,000 MTPA, supported by an in-house R&D infrastructure for product development.
Valiant Laboratories is also engaged in the production of specialty chemicals and has expanded its business activities with the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Valiant Advanced Sciences Private Limited, in July 2022. Promoted by Shantilal Shivji Vora and Dhanvallabh Ventures LLP, the company is actively raising capital through a public issue of 11,556,000 equity shares, aimed at enhancing its market presence and capabilities in the pharmaceutical sector.
