These resorts deliver top-tier amenities, including furnished accommodations, dining facilities, spas, kids’ clubs, and recreational activities, catering to guests seeking comfort and luxury. Valencia India Limited also oversees the operation and maintenance of club facilities, which include an admin office, multi-purpose hall, restaurant, swimming pool, banquet area, spa, gym, residential rooms, and party lounge, ensuring a seamless hospitality experience.
In addition to resort operations, the company organizes a variety of events such as weddings, receptions, corporate picnics, and birthday parties. It also offers a membership program through which members can enjoy trips to RCI-affiliated resorts worldwide, choosing their preferred season and apartment type. Recently, in 2024, the company expanded its portfolio, purchasing a club building and villas No. 76 and 77, further strengthening its asset base.
Valencia India Limited plans to raise capital through an upcoming Initial Public Offer (IPO) of 49,00,000 equity shares, comprising a Fresh Issue of 40,00,000 shares and an Offer for Sale of 9,00,000 shares.
