The firm, based in Gujarat, specializes in manufacturing and trading synthetic organic dyes, notably Reactive and Direct Dyestuffs, since 1961. With a production capacity of 2820 MT annually, it operates three facilities in Vatva, Ahmedabad. The company is renowned for its 'Turquoise Blue' dyestuffs and pigments, serving diverse industries such as textiles, garments, leather, and plastics. In 2018, the company raised Rs 11.56 crore through a public issue to expand its manufacturing capabilities. Ushanti Colour Chem formed a subsidiary, UC Colours and Intermediates Private Limited, in 2019 to further its strategic objectives.
