About Uniroyal Industries Ltd Uniroyal Industries Limited, established in 1993, initially focused on manufacturing labels and narrow fabrics at its Panchkula, Haryana facility. The company, promoted by Arvind Mahajan and Pritam Chand Mahajan, started commercial production in January 1995, catering to garment exporters and manufacturers. Uniroyal expanded its operations in 2005 to include pharmaceutical manufacturing and real estate development in Himachal Pradesh. In 2006, the company enhanced its production capabilities by investing in high-speed looms and machinery, further increasing its capacity in 2007. The company underwent significant transformation through the amalgamation of Sidharatha Textile Mills Ltd. and Uniroyal Pharmaceutical Ltd., which was finalized in 2006, resulting in a name change to Uniroyal Industries Limited. The amalgamation led to the issuance and listing of new equity shares on the Mumbai Stock Exchange in 2007, marking a pivotal phase in the company's growth and diversification strategy.
