In 2022, while operating as True Colors Private Limited, the company signed dealership agreements with notable firms such as Wuxi Pengda, Hangzhou Maxunion - iTTEN, and Konica Minolta for the supply of digital textile printers. By 2023, it had set up an advanced facility capable of digitally printing 75,000 meters of fabric daily, producing 300,000 meters of sublimation paper monthly, and distributing up to 100 tons of ink per month. These efforts reflect True Colors’ commitment to scaling its operations efficiently within the digital textile printing market.
Further growth was achieved in 2024 with the inclusion of fully integrated textile printing solutions, such as in-house pre- and post-processing under its production model. Additionally, sublimation paper production capacity was significantly expanded from 30 lakh meters to 100 lakh meters monthly, showcasing the firm’s focus on high-capacity manufacturing and distribution capabilities.
True Colors Limited is preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 67,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. The offering will comprise 57,00,000 equity shares as a fresh issue and 10,00,000 equity shares under an offer for sale, presenting an opportunity for investors to participate in the company’s growth and ongoing expansion in the textile printing industry.
