About Trident Texofab Ltd Trident Texofab Limited, initially established as a private company in 2008, transitioned to a public entity in 2017 and is listed on the BSE. The company began as a textile trading firm specializing in home furnishings, including bedsheets, curtains, and upholstery, and expanded into other textile categories like scarfs, suiting, and shirting. A significant milestone was its 2017 IPO, which raised Rs 3.53 Crore to facilitate growth and manufacturing expansion.
In recent years, Trident Texofab has broadened its operations with the establishment of a digital printing division, embroidery, and stitching units. It also launched a commercial weaving plant in Surat, Gujarat, significantly increasing its production capacity to 20-22 lakh meters per month. Presently, the company is a semi-composite textile firm engaged in the manufacturing and trading of home furnishings, garments, technical textiles, and a variety of polyester and poly-blend fabrics, maintaining a substantial production capacity of 600,000 pillow shells monthly.
