Tejnaksh Healthcare Limited, originally incorporated as a private company in 2008, became a public limited entity in 2015. The company operates the Institute of Urology, an internationally certified urology hospital in Dhule, Maharashtra, as well as 13 urology clinics, 4 urology hospitals, and 2 dental super specialty clinics across India. Established with a mission to enhance healthcare in rural India, Tejnaksh offers affordable super specialty services, primarily in the Khandesh region.
Tejnaksh has pioneered several advancements in North Maharashtra, including the first Urodynamics Lab in 2005, a Laser Unit, and a Flexible Ureteroscope by 2007. It also contributes to healthcare education, recognized by the National Board of Examination. The company initiated a public issue in 2015, raising Rs. 2.44 Crores. It has expanded its services to Malegaon, Sendhwa, and Navi Mumbai, and established the first indigenous PCNL simulation lab in India, promoting international health tourism and continual growth in healthcare services.
