Technocrats Plasma Systems Limited (formerly Technocrat Plasma Systems Private Limited, incorporated on November 1, 1994 in Maharashtra) operates in metal fabrication equipment, focusing on plasma cutting machines and inverter-based welding technology made in India. The company’s name was changed to Technocrats Plasma Systems Private Limited on September 16, 2021, and later to Technocrats Plasma Systems Limited on October 29, 2025.
It began supplying inverter-based TIG welding systems and air plasma cutting machines to the Indian market in 1996. The company initiated exports in 2007 with plasma cutting machines shipped to Oman, followed by the launch and supply of its first CNC plate-cutting machine to a major client in 2008. In 2014, it expanded exports further, shipping Solaris 4004 welding machines to Kuwait and a welding automation system for transformer welding to Uganda.
Technocrats Plasma develops CNC metal plate profile cutting systems, CNC metal pipe profile cutting machines for complex shapes and joint preparation, and a 1000-ampere plasma power source for higher-thickness metal plate cutting. Its current product development is aimed at laser cutting and welding solutions and improving automation readiness to support greater process control and integration for customers.
The company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and plans an IPO via a fresh issue of 46,20,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.
