Technocraft Ventures Limited (TVL) was incorporated on October 21, 1998 in Delhi & Haryana as Technocraft Construction Private Limited. It was renamed Technocraft Ventures Private Limited on February 09, 2024 and converted into a public company as Technocraft Ventures Limited on June 11, 2024.
TVL is a multidisciplinary EPC company focused on public infrastructure projects across northern India. Its core work spans water supply, wastewater treatment, sewage networks/sewerage, building construction, roads and highways, and electrification. The company began operations in Uttar Pradesh with residential development (planned housing colonies and sector-level layouts) and road construction, widening, and strengthening work executed under PWD and National Highways programs, later diversifying into water, wastewater, and broader utility infrastructure.
The company has expanded through partnerships and segment entry. In 2008 it formed a JV, M/s Krishna-TCPL (J.V.), for contracting assignments (dissolved effective December 31, 2024). In 2009 it entered the wastewater segment via M/s Ultratech Engineers, and in 2012 diversified into power distribution with contracts from PVVNL and DVVNL totaling about Rs 891.4 million. In 2016, it acquired the ongoing business of M/s Ultratech Engineers, and in 2017 entered multilateral-funded projects with a sewage network project in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
In 2023, TVL won two major AMRUT 2.0 projects in Kota and Bikaner valued at over Rs 5,500 million, and in FY2025 secured a PWD Uttar Pradesh road widening/strengthening project valued at over Rs 665 million. The company is planning an IPO of 11,881,000 equity shares (Rs 10 face value), comprising a fresh issue of 9,505,000 shares and an offer for sale of 2,376,000 shares.
