Techindia Nirman Limited, initially established as Nath Seeds Private Limited in 1980, operates within the infrastructure development sector as of 2023. Originally a leading entity in the seed industry, the company specialized in research, breeding, production, processing, and marketing hybrid seeds for various high-yield crops and vegetables. With facilities in Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu, it partnered with Royal Sluis from Holland, enhancing its hybrid vegetable seed offerings. The company expanded its wheat processing capacity significantly and diversified into grape processing for export with a facility in Aurangabad.
In its strategic evolution, Techindia Nirman undertook an Integrated Agro Processing and Corporate Farming Project, cultivating fruits and vegetables over 1,152 acres. Despite transferring its Hybrid Seeds business through a scheme of Reconstruction in 2014-15, the company has continued to innovate, including plans for a modular technology laboratory.
