The company has consistently grown its client base, which includes notable organizations such as Adani Group, Zensar Technologies, and ETO GRUPPE Technologies GmbH. Since securing its first major client, Adani Ports, in 2017, Techdefence has expanded through partnerships with OEMs like Securonix Inc. and Seceon Inc., and by establishing a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC). The company’s credibility was further enhanced in 2022 with its empanelment by CERT-In, India's nodal cybersecurity agency. By 2024, it surpassed 370 clients and achieved ISO 9001 certification, reflecting its high standards in product quality and service delivery.
Techdefence is driven by its founders, Mr. Sunny Vaghela and Mr. Piyush Rasiklal Vaghela, with Mr. Sunny being a recognized authority in the cybersecurity domain. The firm also emphasizes developing cybersecurity talent through partnerships with universities to offer specialized UG-PG programs, thereby fostering industry-ready professionals.
To support its growth and expansion initiatives, Techdefence Labs Solutions Limited plans to launch an IPO of 21,00,000 equity shares priced at Rs. 10 each. This marks a strategic step to enhance capital and drive its mission of fortifying cyber resilience across industries.
