About Sybly Industries Ltd Sybly Industries Ltd, originally established as Sybly Spinning Mills in 1988, is a public limited company engaged in the manufacturing and trading of yarn and fabrics. Located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, the company initially focused on producing cotton yarn and expanded its capacity from 240 TPA to 660 TPA by 1992. It further diversified its production by adding cord yarn in 1995 and later pursued backward integration to manufacture cotton yarn for internal use. In 1995, it went public to fund these expansions.
The company has since shifted its focus towards polyester yarn production. Sybly Industries has also expanded its corporate structure, acquiring M/s. Logictex Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. as a wholly-owned subsidiary and establishing Sybly International FZE in the UAE. In 2018, a Scheme of Arrangement resulted in the transfer of financial assets and liabilities to Space Incubatrics Technologies Limited, significantly increasing its paid-up share capital.
