Sula Vineyards Limited, initially known as Nashik Vintners Limited, is India's premier wine producer and distributor, consistently leading the Indian wine industry since its inception in 2003. Promoted by Rajeev Samant, the company operates in two main segments: wine production and import, and wine tourism. It offers a diverse portfolio, including 56 labels across 13 distinct brands, featuring international wines, vodka, and brandy labels. Sula Vineyards also pioneered India's first wine tasting room and vineyard resort, and hosts the popular wine-themed SulaFest music festival.
The company has strategically expanded through acquisitions, such as the winery business of Heritage Grape Winery and York Winery, enhancing its production capabilities. In 2020, it introduced Dia, India's first wine-in-a-cane. Sula Vineyards went public in December 2022 with an Offer for Sale amounting to Rs. 960.35 crores, further establishing its market presence and investment appeal.
