About Suditi Industries Ltd Suditi Industries Limited, originally Suditi Hosiery Processors Limited, was established on September 12, 1991. The company specializes in the production and processing of 100% cotton knitted and Polar fleece fabrics, as well as readymade garments. Suditi has made significant investments in expanding its production capabilities, notably setting up a knitting division with IDBI's financial backing and establishing a garment manufacturing division for direct exports. The company also entered a buy-back agreement with DXB Knits, Dubai, to purchase at least 75% of its production.
Over the years, Suditi has diversified its business by launching the retail brand 'RIOT' in 2010 and expanding through partnerships with major retailers like Reliance. The company modernized its processing facilities in 2009 and has continued to grow its garment production capacity, including a joint venture with Project Anushka Sharma Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd. in 2017.
