About Suba Hotels Ltd Suba Hotels Limited, initially incorporated as Trupti Supercaterers and Hotels Private Limited in 1997, has undergone multiple name changes and restructuring over the years, reflecting its evolution in the hospitality industry. Most recently, it converted to a Public Limited Company and became Suba Hotels Limited in November 2023, with its headquarters now based in Ahmedabad. The company operates in the hotel and short-stay accommodation sector, including camping sites, offering services under names such as "Suba Hotels" and "Click Hotels."
Suba Hotels began its journey under new management in 2012 and launched its first hotel, Suba Elite Vadodara, in 2014. It then expanded operations by opening Click Hotel Bhuj (2015) and Click Hotel Junagadh (2016). In 2023, the company extended its footprint with "Click Hotels" in Pithampur, Bangalore, Vadodara, and Bareilly, followed by its first international location, Click Hotel Dubai, in 2024. The group's diverse portfolio signals its intent toward both domestic and global market expansion.
In March 2023, Suba Hotels completed a Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Demerger, aggregating businesses from Zircon Hospitality, Zircon Hotels, and Hotel Suba Elite (Baroda Hotel Undertaking). The merger, retroactively effective October 2020, enabled operational and ownership consolidation, aligning business resources and equity share agreements across entities. Shareholders of Zircon Hotels were granted 119 equity shares of Suba Hotels for every 100 held, while Zircon Hospitality shareholders received 58 equity shares for every 100 held.
As part of its growth strategy, Suba Hotels plans an Initial Public Offering of 6,570,000 equity shares in 2024 to fuel further growth. With a proven track record, expanding portfolio, and international ambitions, Suba Hotels positions itself as a rising entity in the hospitality sector.
