Bio Green Papers Limited, established in 1994, specializes in the production of Kraft Paper and Duplex Board. The Kraft Paper, ranging from 70 to 180 GSM, is utilized for making corrugated boxes, paper tubes, and various containers, while the Duplex Board, with a GSM range of 150 to 400, is used for packaging and file applications. The company's production facilities, located near Visakhapatnam, have a combined capacity of 80 tons per day, spread over 6.5 acres. Additionally, Bio Green Papers owns 50 acres of free-hold land for plantation activities, including bio-diesel production, focusing on high-yield Jatropha plants.
Strategically expanding its operations, Bio Green Papers acquired a 49% stake in Vivessa Industries Private Limited in 2018-19, making it an associate company. In 2023-24, the company further expanded through the amalgamation with String Metaverse Limited, as per the NCLT Order dated May 28, 2024. These strategic moves position Bio Green Papers for growth in the packaging and bio-diesel sectors.
