Stanley Lifestyles Ltd, initially established as Stanley Seating in 2007, is a public limited company involved in the manufacturing and trading of furniture and leather products. Originating as a provider of car seat leather upholstery for global automotive brands, the company shifted its focus to retailing luxury furniture in India. By 2011, Stanley Lifestyles established its first retail store in Bengaluru and gradually expanded its product offerings to include a comprehensive range of home solutions, such as sofas, armchairs, kitchen cabinets, and more, positioning itself as a super-premium and luxury Indian brand.
The company has expanded significantly, establishing over 50 stores across India, including franchisee-operated and company-owned locations in major cities like Kochi, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Delhi. In 2018, the company incorporated a subsidiary, Shrasta Décor Private Limited, to further enhance its market presence. Stanley Lifestyles is set to raise Rs 200 Crores through a Fresh Issue and an Offer for Sale of 9,133,454 equity shares via an Initial Public Offering.
