About Sri Havisha Hospitality & Infrastructure Ltd Sri Havisha Hospitality & Infrastructure Limited (SHHIL), initially known as Shri Shakti LPG Limited, was established in 1993 and initially focused on LPG marketing. The company was a pioneer in creating an extensive infrastructure for LPG distribution, including port facilities, storage terminals, and a distribution network. Despite early success and becoming the largest private sector LPG company in India, SHHIL faced financial difficulties due to rising crude oil prices and competition from government-subsidized LPG.
In response to market challenges, SHHIL diversified its operations and rebranded itself, shifting focus to the hospitality sector. This transformation included merging with Shri Shakti Resorts and Hotels Limited in 2021, positioning SHHIL primarily in hotel ownership, operation, and management. The company maintains a strong brand presence with "SHAKTI GAS" and has engaged in various joint ventures to enhance its service offerings.
