About Aqylon Nexus Ltd Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited (SABTNL), established in 1985 by Gautam and Markand Adhikari, is engaged in the production of television content for popular channels such as Zee TV, EL TV, and Doordarshan. It generates revenue through advertisements and the sale of TV software programs, with exports to markets in the UK, USA, and Africa. SABTNL also entered into joint ventures, notably with Sirasa TV in Sri Lanka and MATV Channel 6 in the UK.
The company launched its own channel, SABe TV, in 2000 and expanded its content library significantly. SABTNL has a strong distribution network, reaching over 23 million cable and satellite households. In 2005, SAB TV was sold to SET Satellite Singapore, but SABTNL diversified into the software business. It launched the 'Mastiii' channel in 2010 and further expanded with Dabangg and Dhamaal in 2011. The company underwent a significant restructuring in 2016, resulting in the demerger of its broadcasting and publication businesses.
