About Sreeleathers Ltd Sreeleathers Limited, founded by Sri Satyabrata Dey, began as a small footwear shop on Lindsay Street, Calcutta over three decades ago. The company was incorporated in January 1991 and has since focused on making quality leather footwear accessible to the middle-class population, which was previously considered a luxury. Sreeleathers operates in the trading of footwear and leather accessories through both retail and wholesale networks.
The company maintains a significant retail presence in metropolitan and Tier II cities across India. It operates three business units, two located in the New Market area of Kolkata and one in the Panchavati Area of Jaipur. Sreeleathers' strategy of targeting the middle-class segment has enabled it to establish a strong foothold in the Indian footwear market.
