Notable developments include a public issue in 1995 to fund a new spinning unit and major expansions at the Bathinda unit, adding over 68,000 spindles for cotton yarn production. The company also invested in sustainability, commissioning a 10.2 MW rooftop solar power project in 2022, along with significant increases in its polyester cotton yarn manufacturing capacity.
