SpectraA Technology Solutions Limited was incorporated in Bengaluru on January 20, 2009 as a private company and converted into a public limited company on February 1, 2021. It undertakes engineering-led project execution, including designing, fabrication, installation, commissioning and decommissioning for both greenfield and brownfield projects.
The company serves multiple process and manufacturing sectors such as breweries, distilleries, food and beverages, malt spirit and blending, solvent extraction plants, FMCG and pharmaceuticals. In addition to project execution, it provides operator training and operations and maintenance (O&M) support.
SpectraA operates two manufacturing facilities located in Bengaluru and Jaipur with a combined built-up area of 33,214.75 sq. ft. It has installed 100 kWp of rooftop solar capacity (Malur plant: 30 kW; Jaipur plant: 50 kW) to reduce power costs. The Bengaluru factory was established in 2018, and the Jaipur facility was commissioned in FY23, which has helped shorten lead times, reduce freight and site mobilisation time, and improve after-sales responsiveness.
The company cites project experience including cold section work with tank insulation and cladding at MSIL Behror (Alwar), supply of industrial plant machinery for a brewery plant in Kathmandu, and design-to-commissioning of a rice kettle with accessories and automation for a brewery in Gurdaspur. It has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and plans to issue 34,76,000 equity shares (face value Rs 10), comprising a fresh issue of 27,84,000 shares and an offer for sale of 6,92,000 shares.
