South India Paper Mills (SIPM), established in 1959, specializes in manufacturing paper, paperboards, cartons, and power generation. Located near Nanjangud, Karnataka, the company operates with a paper production capacity of 350 MT/day, using recycled scrap paper and some purchased pulp. The company has a history of capacity expansion, initially going public in 1994 to finance its growth and set up a co-generation power facility.
