Sotefin SA pioneered the trolley-based vehicle transfer system and has held various patents in robotic parking systems through its subsidiaries and associates since 1959, underpinning Sotefin Bharat’s technology-backed offering.
Sotefin Bharat’s portfolio includes Fully Automated Robotic Parking Systems, Puzzle Parking Systems, and Tower Parking Systems, along with customised solutions such as Stack Parking Systems executed on a project-specific basis to meet site requirements. Over the past decade, it has completed and executed more than 50 projects across India and international markets, representing over 12,000 automated parking spaces.
On the corporate side, the entity has undergone multiple name changes and was converted into a public limited company effective November 28, 2025. The company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and is planning an IPO comprising a fresh issue of 50,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.
