The company operates in India’s air freight forwarding and logistics sector, offering services across air freight forwarding, ocean freight forwarding, trucking, warehousing, custom broking, technology-driven express cargo and parcel delivery, and other value-added services. It started as a Custom House Agent (now a Custom Broker License holder) and expanded its offerings over time to provide end-to-end supply chain support through an integrated logistics infrastructure.
Its value-added services include logistics planning and management, logistics solutions, cargo handling operations, warehousing solutions, storage and inventory management, documentation and customs clearance services, and global connectivity supported by strategic international tie-ups, subsidiaries, and collaborative arrangements with other logistics providers. The company also participates in multiple global logistics networks that facilitate cooperation with international freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
Skyways maintains alliances with international air freight carriers, including performance-based agreements with Saudi Cargo, Air India Cargo, Turkish Airlines, and Lufthansa, aimed at improving route access, cargo capacity availability, service reliability, and transit times. The company is planning an aggregate initial public issue of 4,62,51,000 equity shares (face value Rs 10), consisting of a fresh issue of 3,29,17,700 shares and an offer for sale of 1,33,33,300 shares.
