SJP Ultrasonics Limited was incorporated in 2012 and converted from a private limited company into a public limited company in November 2023. The company manufactures and supplies machinery for plastic joining and plastic welding applications.
It operates as an end-to-end plastic joining solutions provider and automation expert, offering specialised equipment and services primarily to the automotive industry. Its solutions also serve medical, electrical and electronics, textile, FMCG, toys, gift and stationery, food and packaging, educational institutions, agriculture, defence, furniture and other industries.
The company has developed an integrated procurement system involving international manufacturers of ultrasonic plastic welding equipment. Its manufacturing plant is located in Vasai East, Palghar district, Maharashtra, while certain ultrasonic plastic and vibration welding machines are imported. Since 2024, it has also maintained a service support and demonstration location in Chennai.
SJP Ultrasonics is planning a fresh issue initial public offering of 3,500,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 per share.
