Silveroak Commercials Limited, established in 1985, initially focused on manufacturing electrical products such as power distribution boxes, electrical panels, and enclosures, along with fabricated sheet metal products and civil construction works. In 1993, it expanded its capital base through a public issue and got listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
In 2016-17, the company diversified its business scope significantly. It ventured into the production of high and low-tension electrical components, solar and energy control systems, and various energy-generating systems, including wind and biogas. Additionally, Silveroak expanded its portfolio to include construction materials and equipment, ranging from bricks and sanitary materials to building hardware and decorative materials. This strategic diversification positions the company for opportunities in both the electrical manufacturing and construction sectors.
