Sikozy Realtors Ltd, originally Griffin Chemicals Ltd, is a Public Limited Company established in Maharashtra on July 23, 1992. Initially focused on constructing residential and commercial properties, the company is expanding its operations to include the manufacturing of Epoxy Resins and Sulphanilic Acid. This strategic move comes in response to rising demand for these products. The company plans to produce 2040 TPA of Epoxy Resins and 1500 TPA of Sulphanilic Acid.
To support this expansion, Sikozy Realtors has developed a detailed project report and secured technology from experienced technocrat Shri D.V. Mehta. Additionally, machinery suppliers have been identified, and land for the project was acquired in September 1993. This diversification into the chemical manufacturing sector aims to capitalize on market opportunities, despite existing competition in both organized and unorganized sectors.
