Shubham Polyspin Limited, founded in 2012 and headquartered in Ahmedabad, specializes in manufacturing polypropylene yarn and providing job work services. Initially established as a private entity, it transitioned to a public limited company in 2018. The company was founded under the guidance of Mr. Anil Somani and later joined by his son, Mr. Ankit Somani, who aimed to diversify the product line into futuristic applications.
In 2013, Shubham Polyspin opted for Spin Draw Wind Line Machinery from Lohia Corp, enhancing its production to include medium to high tenacity yarns for various technical textiles. The company expanded its production facility in 2015 at Village Borisana, increasing its capacity to 200 MT per month by 2016, and further to 250 MT per month in 2018. Shubham Polyspin has successfully penetrated international markets, exporting to countries such as Belgium, Italy, and Kenya. In October 2018, it went public, issuing equity shares to raise Rs 6 crore.
