Shri Techtex Limited, originally established as a partnership in 2011, has evolved from industrial trading to specialize in manufacturing Polypropylene (PP) Non-Woven Fabric. Situated in Dholka Taluka, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, its facility boasts an annual capacity of 3600 MT. Transitioning from a partnership to a private limited company in 2018, and subsequently to a public limited company by 2023, the company has undergone significant structural changes. It acquired Aurum Fabrictech Private Limited in 2021, which became a wholly-owned subsidiary, and executed a Scheme of Arrangement to demerge its contract manufacturing operations to Aurum, now an LLP. Shri Techtex is poised for further growth as it plans a public issue of 74,00,000 equity shares. This strategic move is set to enhance its market presence and funding capabilities, focusing on its core business of manufacturing PP non-woven fabric.
