About Shri Keshav Cements & Infra Ltd Shri Keshav Cements & Infra Limited, originally Katwa Udyog Limited, was founded in 1993 and rebranded in 2017. It is a cement manufacturer in Northern Karnataka, known for its high-strength Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) produced using West German VSK technology. The company markets its products under the brands Keshav, Jyoti Gold, and Jyoti Power across Karnataka, Goa, and parts of Maharashtra. Shri Keshav Cements has successfully revived ailing cement mills in Kaladgi and Lokapur, making them operational by 2013 with modernized facilities.
In addition to cement manufacturing, the company has diversified into green energy, establishing a 20 MW solar power plant in Koppal in 2018 to mitigate power costs, later expanding its solar capacity to 37 MWp by December 2021. This diversification underscores its commitment to sustainable practices and cost-efficiency. These strategic expansions and technological advancements make Shri Keshav Cements a notable player in the regional cement and renewable energy sectors.
