Shri Bajrang Alliance Ltd, originally incorporated as Shri Bajrang Alloys Limited in 1990, is a prominent manufacturer of structural steel products such as angles, channels, joists/beams, and rounds, based in Raipur. The company also ventures into ready-to-eat frozen foods. A market leader in mild steel structurals and electric rail clips, it primarily serves the industrial sector and significantly contributes to electrification projects for Indian Railways, state electricity boards, power projects, and the telecom sector.
Over the years, Shri Bajrang Alliance has expanded its product range and capacity, notably enhancing its ability to cater to the power distribution tower area in 1999-2000 and developing heavy flats for the earth-moving equipment segment in 2005. The company's production capacity increased from 46,000 MT to 60,000 MT annually by 2008. Further, it expanded its business operations by acquiring 100% equity in Shri Bajrang Agro Processing Limited in 2019 and 30% in Shri Bajrang Chemical Distillery Limited in 2021.
