Shree TNB Polymers Limited was incorporated in Gujarat on March 7, 2007, to take over the running businesses of four partnership firms—Tirupati Plastic Industries, Noble Polymers, Shreeji Plastic Industries and Balaji Polymers—effective April 1, 2007. In 2012, the company diversified into the irrigation segment by manufacturing lateral pipes and drip irrigation systems.
The company manufactures polymer-based piping systems and plastic solutions for infrastructure, agriculture and industrial applications. Its product portfolio includes HDPE pipes and fittings, PP and PPH pipes and fittings, Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) pipes, sprinkler pipes, drip irrigation systems, solid industrial sheets and Well pack sheets.
TNB Polymers’ HDPE piping systems are used in borewell and underground water extraction, as well as seawater intake systems, desalination plants and dredging operations. The company also operates in value-added polymer products and, in 2025, expanded its infrastructure piping business by acquiring the running business of Noble Polytec (DWC Pipes) through a slump sale.
The company is planning an IPO comprising a fresh issue of 60,00,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each.
