About Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Limited, founded in 1993, specializes in manufacturing and trading chemicals, dyes, and fertilizers. Originally a trading company, it has grown into a leading producer of dye intermediates in India, notably K-Acid, with zero waste integrated facilities in Maharashtra. The company expanded its operations post-IPO in 2015, using proceeds to establish NPK fertilizers, reactive dyes, and sulphate plants. By 2017, it doubled its dyes capacity and expanded its SOP plant. In 2018, it acquired a Haryana-based fertilizer unit, enhancing its SSP production.
In recent years, Shree Pushkar has diversified, commissioning a 100 TPD sulfuric acid plant and a captive power plant in 2019, and launching a 4 MW solar power project in Maharashtra in 2021-22. The strategic expansions and acquisitions underscore its commitment to sustainable growth and diversification in the chemicals and fertilizers sector.
