To address its financial obligations, Shree Manufacturing entered an agreement with the State Bank of India.
In 2012-13, Edge Consultancy Services LLP acquired a significant controlling interest of 62.04% through a share purchase agreement, assuming management control from previous promoters. This acquisition complied with SEBI regulations, marking a pivotal shift in ownership and management for the company. Despite its challenges, the company's strategic shifts and restructuring efforts aim to stabilize its financial situation and explore new growth opportunities.
