About Shree Ajit Pulp and Paper Ltd Shree Ajit Pulp and Paper Ltd. (SAPPL) is a public limited company, established in 1995, specializing in the production of Multilayer Testliner and Testliner Paper, primarily utilized for packaging materials like corrugated boxes and duplex cartons. Based in Vapi, the company has significantly expanded its production capacity from 16,500 to 108,000 tonnes per annum through continuous innovation and technological advancements. SAPPL also operates two wind mills with a combined capacity of 2.75 MW for captive consumption, supported by agreements with Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) and Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL) for electricity generation offset.
The company has invested in modernization and expansion projects and developed additional renewable energy sources. This includes a 1.50 MW wind power plant in Rajkot and a 1.25 MW wind mill in Jamnagar, enhancing its energy efficiency. SAPPL has also explored international markets through a past subsidiary in the USA and has formed strategic joint ventures, like the 50:50 JV with Shree Samrat Pulp and Paper Pvt. Ltd.
